Formal Introduction -
15-04-2009, 06:12 AM
Sincere Apologies to Everyone on this Forum,
Before i could formally introduce myself, i started firing out questions about the Tyros 3!
So Sorry, because i was abit anxious and worried about not being able to figure out the T3's Registration Memories & that the T3 has been lying in the corner since i just got it! What a waste ;-(
Anyway, i'm Ben, Greetings from Singapore, a Very Very small country in South East Asia, (you may not find it on the map because it is just a small island! just a small dot on the map. But it is bursting with Life! ;-)
For myself, i'm playing in the Church every Sundays (as mentioned in previous mail, all our musicians left & gone overseas, left only poor me), therefore i'm currently using the KORG PA 800 as a 1-man-band.
After reading alot of rave reviews on the Tyros 3, i tot i could get 1 and help me to improve on the Praise & Worship services every Sundays.
BUT alas! It has been sitting in the corner since i got it because of the Registration problems that i faced!
Hence i'm back to the KORG PA 800. The 800 is certainly a fine machine & the "Performances" settings like "Saving & Copying" all the panel settings are very easy to execute, No problems at all. (as compared to the new Tyros 3, i just can't figure that out now???)
I thought i could get the T3 to enhance my overall performance every Sunday and help bring people to a closer Worship with GOD but it has not materialise yet with the new T3. How Sad ;-(
So you can see "Why i'm such a desperate state for anyone out there that can help me out!"
Until i can get the Tyros 3 to play in the Church Services every Sundays, will i be able to compare these 2 Wonderful machines & highlight their Pros & Cons.
(for me personally, there's no perferences in Brands or any make, as long as the machines can help me to help others draw closer to GOD, i'll be glad to share all their weaknesses & most important, their Strong Points)
Thanks Everyone for being Patience with me.
GOD Bless All Of You Abundantly,
Ben

Hi Ben
Welcome to the forum, I'm sure your question regarding registrations will be answered by some of our knowledgeable members who have the T3. I have a T2 and I'm sure the method will be the same as that so I might have a go at answering it myself.
I know Singapore well, great place and really nice people, I was in Kuantan on the East coast for a while in 1964, also flew in and out of Tengah and Seletar, even been to Raffles.
Perhaps you'd like to share some of your music with us
Regards
Spike

Hi Ben,
Welcome to the forum.
As Spike says, I'm sure someone will come along and answer the registration question.
Best regards,
Paul
