Hey Will!

Maybe it's a location thing, but I believe you left out a very important one! When I personally think of "Herman's Hermits", the very first song that comes to my mind is "Mrs. Brown You've Got A Lovely Daughter".

Whaddaya think?

Yes, ................. No, ..................... Maybe so, ........................?????

I think you could be right Krazy, 'Mrs Brown' was certainly well known this side of the pond, don't know how successful it was though.

When Will posted the answers, I couldn't believe how many of the hits I'd forgotton about.

I thought it was a great idea of Will's to start a quiz, as pretty much everyone enjoys something like this. I've been looking at some quiz software, that could be bolted onto the site, however we've got more pressing tasks in the background at the moment. I know Will's got another quiz up his sleeve, so maybe he'd be the perfect candidate for testing the software when we get it, providing he's up for it! (No pressure Will!).

Looking forward to quiz 2!

Cheers

Paul

Remember that one too Krazy, although it was a #1 hit for the band in US it didn't enter the charts here as a single neither did 'I'm Henry the Eighth' which also topped the charts across the pond. Around that time a lot of the groups released EP's (remember them) so its possible these songs may have featured on one of those.

Hi Paul

Yep, I think a quiz section would be quite a good addition to the forum, would keep some interest going when things are a bit quieter.
Would be happy to try or test any bolt ons when you get around to it.

Round 2 shortly

Will

Cheers Will!

I'll stick the quiz feature on the 'things to do' list.

Regards,

Paul

P.S. I'll touch base nearer the time to see how you want it set up. Probably look at setting up a sub-forum specifically for it.
