Hi Leo

Beautiful my friend. I have a lump in my throat listening to this lovely song from "The Quiet Man".One of my all time favourites. It's one of those songs that sends a shiver up and down my spine. Your choice of voices and style, and of course your splendid playing, are of the highest order.

Kind regards
Andy

Hi Leo,

Very well done. Simply a beautiful ballad with a smooth flow to the entire song. You've conveyed the mood that you were striving for I believe. The ability of being able to express one's self is a talent all it's own. No lack of talent here. Great job!

Hi Leo.

Niggle out of the way first ..............I would have dropped the canned intro, the reason being, as in this case, they are often so over-dramatic, it makes the initial melody line kind of an anti-climax if that makes sense.

Now, having said that, this was a charming little performance of this simple ballad,....timing and phrasing spot on , and all in all, a very enjoyable rendition.

Kind Regards
Gordon

Hello Leo
I have to listen to this on my PC at work so I'm not hearing it as it should be I'm sure, nevertheless it sounds pretty good so I'll stick it on a memstick and run it through the Tyros when I get home. Good playing Leo
All the best
Ewan

Hi Leo,

Beautiful song I remember hearing during the "Quiet Man" movie which I've watched at least 20 times. Always liked the song but didn't know it's title and couldn't remember all the parts to play it by ear. You played it with just the right feeling and it's one of your nicest uploads, and great listening music. Very well done!
