Mozart 40 -
04-09-2008, 11:39 AM
Hi Everyone
Site is a bit slow at the moment so I'll liven it up with a classical piece but done in the Shadows style. Hank meets Mozart! Quick record then added strings and timpani. Best heard through earphones to get the full effect of the mix (done both on board and with Cubase)
Mp3 here 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download Mozart 40.mp3
I don't think the midi will sound good through the PC
Cheers
Spike

Hello Spike
Well this is an absolute beauty - loved those effects going from ear to ear. I always use earphones to listen anyway as I'm invariably in the office skiving. Mozart and Hank Marvin make unlikely bedmates but they got it together (with your help) this time. You know how to make this keyboard of your talk and you've got this multi-tracking thing off perfect
All the best
Ewan

Hi Ewan
Many thanks for your nice comments, there were many attempts by rock groups to go "Classics" if I remember right - this is just one that made it.
Hi Romeo
Thanks my friend, glad you liked it. Did you mean "Encore"? which is French for "play it again Sam"
Cheers
Spike

Hi Pam
Many thanks for your nice comments. Yes Shadows played Mozart (they won 3-1 on penalties after extra time ). They now play Beethoven in the final . Good to see you back to health
Cheers
Spike
