E lucevan le stelle

Dear friends

I bring you a small gimmick - :whistle: - a vague attempt to play the famous aria "E lucevan le stelle" (How the stars seemed to shimmer) - by Tosca's lover Mario Cavaradossi in the 3rd act of the opera Tosca, composed by Giacomo Puccini. It is sung by Mario Cavaradossi, while he's waiting for his upcoming execution by a firíng squad

Hope you do not execute ME for this.

Is is played in one recording, according to my memory (no dots) so there might be a few mistakes here and there ...

Hi Torben.

Very well played and excecuted performance I thought.

Lots going on in the background , with several instruments playing different parts simultainesly,and that nice typani build up.

Intrigued as to how you did it live,......had you laid down some multi-tracks,..or was it a pre-sequenced backing for the pluck strings perhaps ??
