Play Something Beautiful -
31-05-2008, 10:56 PM
Hi All,
I found this waltz in a book I purchased for 50c at a music sale a few weeks agon....so I found this by mistake really.
I have no idea where is comes from, but I know I like it.
This is a Quick record on my PSR3000 using the English Waltz style. I have used registrations that I have set up that allow me to turn on voice effects on the fly.
Hope you enjoy this my first upload to this forum.
cheers, Peter
Edit : My apologies...in my rush to upload, I missed the bit about the thread title...so I have deleted th "-PT" bit. It's all a learning curve.

Reason: No worries about the title boob Pete, it's the ones with odd characters in front of the title that don't get indexed properly

Peter!
Welcome aboard. Good to see you joining the rest of us. It wasn't just your first song, but a very good first song. Very well played.
I'm sure it's also the "first" of many that are sure to come from you. Looking forward to it. Thanx for sharing.

Well, I'd say that's too beautiful for me. Y'see, I'm
in a grouchy mood. (Hmmm... where's the Smileys
around here?)
Actually that's very nice, Pete. Thanks for being
one of the daring few who did an early upload, we
need more of those.
And now, as I go waltttttttzzzzzing offfff to Pete's
music, I bid you all ah-doooooo . . . LOL

Peter,
Very well done. Like the Piano and organ work. Excellent arrangement and choice and placement of instruments. Smooooth and relaxing and thanks for sharing.

Hi Peter
I don't know the tune, but I certainly enjoyed it very much. First class musicianship.
Kind regards

Hi Pete.
Very enjoyable and relaxing performance. A traditional waltz may seem simple on the outside, but if the timing and phrasing is out, it can be a disaster.
Both the above were spot on, and it turned out great !!
Kind Regards
Gordon
