Default Wonderful Land - 17-02-2009, 09:39 AM

Hi there
another Shadows number we're fond of in the Workshop. Tried some mute guitar on this - still haven't tried multi-tracking as I want to be able to replay any of my music in one hit (so to speak).

MP3 is 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download Wonderful Land.mp3

Cheers
Phil

Excellent Phil, you ended up with a pretty good sound here, one which I've never recorded yet . When you've had a go at adding tracks (and it's easy) you'll be able to put that counter melody in the intro and bridge and the mute guitar could do with more chorus and reverb but in reality that's nit-picking, it was very good as is.
There is a tutorial about adding track in the 'tips and tricks' section - if not I can take you through the process which believe me is dead easy and adds another dimension to recording, albeit you can't easily reproduce live.
Cheers
Spike

Many thanks for the kind comments and offer of support. I will read up the tutorial on multi-tracking - the tyros manual is a bit heavy (literally) and see what I can achieve.

Thanks again
Phil
