Alabama Jubilee -
03-06-2009, 11:13 AM
Hi Friends, One for Dave ( Pipelinerr ), recorded this one to cheer myself up, as I fell down the stairs a couple of days ago and broke my big toe and bruised my hand, but nothing broken there thank goodness, here is Alabama Jubilee, using one of Eileen's Styles, hope you like it...Pam

Hi Pam
Sorry to hear about your accident - hope you're on the mend, you must take more water with it.
Very lively tune - always wondered what it was called and that's a great style to go with it, you played it very well
Cheers
Spike
PS always let Norm go downstairs in front of you then if you fall you'll have a soft landing!

.
Nice version of "Alabama Jubilee," Pam, although I prefer Cherries
Jubilee myself. If you hadn't mentioned it in you last post, I'd
have never found it. Some of the songs here seem to be hidden,
I couldn't find it on the Home page anywhere -- fortunately the
search engine found it.
And the Dates on messages are totally confusing to us Westerners --
From Pam's 04-06-2009 to Romeo's 21-06-2009 to Pam's 01-07-2009
it looks like yer jumpin' all over the board.
I was a little put off after you said you dedicated that song to me,
Pam -- and then when I clicked on your Player, down in the lower
left corner it said "Don." Who the heck is Don? I know you'll probly
delete it now, so nobody else will see it, but it's too late. I'm hurt
and that's all there is to it. <sniffle> Besides, Don probly doesn't
even like Dixieland.
Hey, what happened to the Smilies on this board? Drat, looks like
I'll have to go back to using :-)
Dave

I think you're just pretending you don't see it to humidify me.
(It's in the lower left corner of the Player. Here's a picture):
You see? And now the whole world can see it! Oh, the shame of it all.
