Hi Friends, Using the Southern style,( I have it if anyone wants it ), I composed this original yesterday,and called it By The Camp Fire, hope you like it...Pam

Hello Pam
Sounds a nice composition and I like the country style, I hope I'm not speaking out of turn but the second half seemed either out of synch or on the wrong beat when it started, maybe it was my ears/age, by the end it seemed to have corrected itself. Sorry I can't explain it better.

Hi Pam!

Very nice composition. Happy, upbeat, and definitely country! Great style and liveliness!

I was listening for what Ewan mentioned in the second half, and what I found was that there was nothing wrong with the beat. Everything stayed right in sync where it should have. However, ... I think what happened there was that the style got a little too busy at that point, causing the ears, (or mind), to misread parts of the song. A couple of notes seemed to chop short with no sustain and gave the impression of a "missed" or "offbeat" note. That's what I think possibly happened, because I went back over it 3 times and always found the beat and changeover to be spot on. Relatively minor hiccup for a very nice "home-grown" composition.

I've watched your musical interests and abilities widen through the years. You keep it up young lady!!!

Thank you both Ewan and Krazy, It was the last part that was a little busy, which caused you to think it was out of sync, I should have turned down the volume on those channels, And thank you Krazy for your encouragement
