I am not a prolific writer of songs, but sometimes the idea for a song comes to me and I let it grow into a complete song - but then it's how to get people to listen to it! With that in mind I wrote this humorous song about a guy who is pitching his song everywhere to the point that people are trying to avoid him. Hey, would you listen to my song!

Hi David
I've moved your song to the vocal section

Hi Spike. I thought that this is my own composition it would be relevant to the composition thread, I now gather that is for instrumental compositions. I now know that in future if I wish to add more of my own songs, which I would say seems doubtful, they should go in the vocal section. Cheers.

Hi David
The reason that the 'own compositions' is for instrumentals is because there are so few vocals they can all go under one section. We could have had a separate section for 'own vocals' but vocals don't get the same attention on the site and it would have taken valuable page space.
Don'y let this deter you from submitting more though - please keep them coming.
Cheers
Spike
