Default Multitrack recording from Sonar - 08-10-2008, 02:35 PM

Hi again, no doubt I could go to the Cakewalk (Sonar) forums, but I'm trying to avoid being treated as the "newbie" I am.

Currently many of the midi tracks I will be recording have multiple tracks. It appears that the only way I can get an "audio" track per each midi track is to record each track individually by itself. This could mean for a 10 track midi file that I would have to record it 10 times to get 10 seperate audio tracks. (in other words, I would mute all the other tracks than the one that is being played as a midi file and then recorded) Is there a way in Sonar that I can tell the audio track that I want it to only "listen and subsequently record" a specific track.
