Question Style stop when registration changes - 03-08-2017, 11:52 PM

I have a problem with my bank of registration using Ethereal Movie for Gabrielle's Oboe. When I change from reg. 1 to 2 the style stops. This doesn't happen with all the registrations but usually at least one other. Can anyone explain why this happens please.

Registrations are a 'photo' of how the keyboard is set up therefore when saving your registrations you must ensure everything you want the keyboard to do in that registration is set. When you select 'Memory' to save a registration make sure the style is set to play and also go to Function/Regist sequence/freeze/voice set and tab to 'Freeze' - ensure the box marked Style is ticked
Cheers

I've solved the problem!
I had nothing left to try so.....I pressed reg 1 pressed auto start then memory, the I pressed auto start off pressed reg 2 then pressed auto start then memory and I did this with each registration. Then saved the bank. It worked. Why I had to do that I have no idea. Why I've only had the problem with Ethereal movie I don't know.

Hi Merry glad you solved the problem, It may be that when you set up the registrations for that particular style that the auto start was not selected and as the style box was ticked that's what was set when you pressed Memory (as I mentioned)
Cheers
